WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CAREER SPANNING EUROPE AND THE UNITED STATES, ANTONIO SPECIALISES IN EXECUTIVE SEARCH AND STRATEGIC ADVISORY FOR COMPANIES IN THE RETAIL, CONSUMER GOODS AND GLOBAL BRANDS SECTORS.
Before joining Baón Partners, Antonio Chacel served as Head of Business Development at Stronghold Asset Management, an alternative real estate financing platform backed by Goldman Sachs and Apollo. In this role, he led investor and client relationships, capital raising initiatives and portfolio monitoring, while also driving marketing and institutional positioning efforts.
Previously, he spent more than a decade at Repsol, holding several senior positions including international sales at Repsol Química, procurement and IT services contracting management, and internal audit.
Antonio began his career in financial roles as a controller and in derivatives markets, working with options and futures.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from CUNEF, a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from ESIC, is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and holds an Executive MBA in Real Estate.
Antonio is the father of two children and his main interests include tennis, cycling and reading.
