Before joining Baón Partners, Corina Almada spent seven years at Egon Zehnder, playing a key role in both the Spain and Mexico offices. She led the Healthcare and Industrial practices and contributed to the cultural transformation of the Mexico office.
Prior to that, Corina led the Antibiotics division at AstraZeneca in Europe, which at the time accounted for 50% of the company’s sales outside the United States. She also held various leadership roles in Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
Her career began at General Electric, followed by six years at Boston Consulting Group in the Mexico and Spain offices, where she focused primarily on the industrial, energy, and consumer sectors.
Passionate about culture and continuous learning, Corina enjoys visiting museums with her four children. She is also a sports enthusiast, particularly favoring outdoor activities that can be enjoyed with family.
Corina holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Tec de Monterrey in Mexico and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
