Miriam joined Baón Partners after founding The Valley Talent, a Spanish firm specialised in executive search for senior positions in the digital and technology sectors.
For over a decade, she has advised CEOs, executive teams and boards on strategic talent decisions, leading the identification, assessment and attraction of senior executives for large IBEX-listed companies, digital-native businesses, technology firms and traditional organisations undergoing transformation.
Her career has enabled her to develop a deep understanding of how companies evolve, the new roles that emerge in these processes, and the capabilities required to lead them—particularly in technological areas such as innovation, data, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, as well as in disciplines linked to the digital environment such as omnichannel strategy, transformation and digital marketing.
Under her leadership, The Valley Talent became a recognised firm for role definition, executive competency assessment, organisational fit analysis and excellence in execution, positioning itself as a benchmark in talent search within new disciplines linked to evolving business models.
Previously, she built a solid career in executive recruitment at Michael Page, where she managed the Finance division and led the launch of new practice areas such as Human Resources and Education.
Miriam holds a degree in Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a PDG from IESE Business School.
She is the mother of three daughters and enjoys padel and skiing in her free time.
